Over 30 years ago, a principal of Lakeland Living was inspired to design and build a full-service 81-unit property that turned out to be on one of the last sites for a new resort accommodation development in a Canadian National Park. The Lakeland principal was involved in procuring the leasehold interest in the property, design, overseeing its development, contracting, procurement, commissioning, operation as a full service hotel, and ultimately its sale.
Waterton Lakes Lodge Resort is a hotel located in the heart of the Waterton Lakes National Park townsite. The lodge features eleven separate buildings housing several different room types, from standard hotel rooms to full-kitchen family apartments.
