West Kelowna, BC - On June 11, 2024, West Kelowna’s City Council approved the first major high-rise development in the Westbank Centre Neighbourhood, in the City’s downtown core. The 7-storey, 65-suite mixed-use apartment building at 3717 Hoskins Road marks a significant milestone as a purpose-built rental community centrally situated to meet the city’s growing housing needs.

Key Project Features

Modern, attainable housing is achieved with the meticulously designed building that will provide 65 residential suites. Each suite includes large, private balcony spaces with up to 12-foot sliding pocket doors.
